摘　　要：目的 :研究颞侧透明角膜切口联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术的屈光预测误差。方法 :通过一组 30例 ( 39只眼 )白内障病例手术的研究 ,采用颞侧透明角膜切口超声乳化并植入折叠式人工晶状体 ,术后 1个月验光 ,将测得的屈光不正与术前预测结果相比较。结果 :预测误差在 0 5D内者占 55% ,1 0D范围内者占 82 %。平均预测误差为 0± 0 67D(P >0 0 5)。结论HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Objective:To investigate the predictability on the operation of temporal clear corneal incisions combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation.This study comprised 30 cataract patients (39 eyes) treated with temporal CCI combined with foldable IOL implantation.The refraction was made one month after operation,and the results were compared with the predicted values.The rate of deviation of predicted less than ±0 5D is over 55 percent,88 percent less than ±1D.The average deviation of predicted is 0±0 67D(P>0 05).So,this operative style has good predictability in refraction.
