摘  要:对我国优秀三级跳远运动员李延熙的训练负荷进行总结、分析和研究,希望能准确地反映田径运动员的训练负荷特征,为中国男子高水平三级跳远项目今后的训练提供真实的参考,为后续研究提供资料。本文运用训练数据采集法和专家访谈法等得出以下结论:1)李延熙的阶段训练手段系统地划分为四大类分别是力量训练、速度训练、技术训练和辅助组合训练。2)李延熙各阶段的训练量及训练负荷根据比赛的安排集中分布,训练周期根据比赛周期安排。专项成绩的提高必须重视对高水平运动员的高强度训练。3)李延熙阶段训练的手段选择与专项结合紧密,训练强度高且非常稳定,表现出良好的竞技状态。训练系统性较好,竞技能力得到了较为充分的发挥。This study was to review, analyze and research the classical training load of Li Yanxi who is a Chinese elite triple jump athlete, hoping to reflect the actual training load features of track and field athletes completely and accurately. This study may provide valuable reference and follow-up research materials for the training of Chinese men's high-leveled triple jump event. Through collected training data and interviewed experts, the results indicate that: 1 )The stage training methods of Li Yanxi were systematically divided into four categories: strength training, speed training, technology training and auxiliary composite training. 2) The changes of training load peaks in Li Yanxi's all kinds trainings undulated with the arrangements of training cycles. The training volume and training load in each stage were distributed intensively according to competitions. Training cycles were arranged according to the competition cycle. Paying great attention to the high load training for high-level athletes helped athletes improve the specific performance, which complies with the training rules of elite athletes. 3 ) His stage training methods was closely connected with his specialty. The intensity and stability of his training showing that he was in a good compet- itive condition. His training was systematic and his competitive ability was brought into full play.
