摘　　要：[目的]探讨乳腺癌患者血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶(GPDA)活性的变化及其应用价值。[方法]以甘氨酰脯氨酸对硝基苯胺为底物的连续监测法。[结果]65例乳腺癌病人血清GPDA浓度为(127 0±21 6)U/L ,健康人含量为(90.0±18.5)U/L,两者间有显著性差异(P<0 05) ;良性乳腺肿瘤患者与健康人比较则无明显改变(P>0 05)。对患者GPDA动态观察结果 ,乳腺癌治疗后比治疗前有不同程度的下降(P<0 05)。[结论]血清GPDA活性的改变对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤的鉴别及疗效观察均有一定意义。To investigate the activity of serum glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) in patients with breast cancer and its clinical value.Continuous monitoring was carried out to investigate the GPDA. The serum GPDA concentration of 65 cases breast cancer patients (127.0±21.6)U/L was significantly higher than healthy control (90.0±18.5)U/L(P<0 05);There was no significant differences between benign breast tumor patients and healthy control (P<0 05).The serum GPDA concentration of breast cancer patients following treatment decreased significantly than that before treatment.[Conclusion]Monitoring the activity of serum GPDA plays a significant role in differential diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer patients.
