摘 要:目的探讨专项技能培训模式在护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法将某医院2011年全日制大专实习护生118人设为对照组,采取传统带教模式,将2012年同校同层次护生120人设为观察组,采取专项技能培训模式,分别于实习结束前集中考核及发放满意度问卷。结果观察组护生操作成绩、理论成绩、沟通能力得分及对实习带教模式满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01);患者对观察组护生护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专项技能培训模式可提高护生临床实践能力,提高患者满意度和临床护理教学水平。Objective To evaluate the effects of specialized skill training mode among nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Totally,118 associate nursing students in 2011 were recruited as the control group and were taught in traditional mode,120 nursing students in 2012 were recruited as the observation group and were taught in specialized skill training mode. The students were examined and investigated by questionnaire. Results The practice score,theory score,communication abilities and the satisfactory degree to teaching in the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 01). Patient satisfaction in observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The specialized skill training mode can improve the students' practice abilities,improve patient satisfaction and clinical nursing teaching level.
