摘 要:目的探讨基层医院儿科护理人力资源管理的有效方法,为稳定基层医院儿科护理队伍提供借鉴。方法通过扩大护士编制、提高福利待遇、强化人员培训、加强护理质量管理、强化科室文化建设等措施稳定基层医院儿科护理队伍。结果科室护理队伍稳定性提高,护士结构优化,护理综合质量提高。结论科学化、人性化的管理模式及措施能有效改善影响儿科护理队伍稳定的难题,使儿科护理服务质量得到不断提高与改善。Objective To explore the effective methods of pediatric nursing human resources management in primary hospital,so as to provide references for the stabilization of pediatric nurses in primary hospital. Methods Measures like expanding nursing compile,improving welfare,strengthening personnel training and nursing quality management,consolidating cultural construction of the department were taken to stabilize pediatric nursing team in primary hospital. Results The stability of nursing team was improved,nursing personnel structure was optimized,and the general nursing quality was improved. Conclusion Scientific and humanized management mode and measures can effectively resolve the problems that influencing the stability of pediatric nursing team,and continuously improve the quality of pediatric nursing service.
