摘  要:目的:了解华南地区助产士的亚健康状况及组织环境对其的影响,为助产士职业健康管理模式的建立提供依据。方法 :采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取4个省16家医院405名助产士进行现场调查,调查内容包括一般情况、组织环境管理和亚健康状况3个项目,其中组织环境管理包括人力资源配置、组织关怀、安全工作环境和安全操作4个维度24个条目。结果:助产士亚健康的发生率为59.3%,明显高于我国护士和其他医务人员亚健康状况的发生率;不同医院等级和工作年限助产士亚健康状况发生率的差异有统计学意义;组织环境管理中组织关怀和人力资源配置对助产士亚健康状况的发生有一定影响。结论 :管理层应重点关注助产士的职业健康;完善组织关怀建设和人力资源配置有利于改善助产士的健康状况。Objective:To investigate the health status and influencing factors of the South China midwives.Methods:A total of 405 midwives from 16 hospitals in South China were recruited by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method.They were investigated with the organization environment questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire about the demographic information and sub-health status.Organization environment questionnaire was composed of 24 items and 4 dimensions including human resources,workplace environment,safe behaviors and organizational care.Results:The occurrence rate of sub-health in midwives in south China was 59.3% which was much higher than that in nurses and other medical staff in China.The midwives from different level hospitals and with different work years had different prevalence of sub-health condition.Conclusion:Perfect organization care and human resources allocation would improve the occupational health of midwives.
