摘  要:目的:建立心血管专科护士岗位价值评价模型,促进岗位管理的实施。方法 :在回顾文献、参考成熟岗位价值评价标准的基础上,根据心血管专科护理工作特点,采用层次分析法,形成护士岗位价值评价一、二级指标及权重,最终制定心血管专科护士岗位价值评价模型。结果 :形成心血管专科护士岗位价值一级指标6个(知识经验、技能、责任、风险、工作性质和工作环境)和二级指标22个;确定一级指标和二级指标的分数和权重。结论:通过层次分析法初步建立了心血管专科护士岗位价值的评价模型,内容客观全面,体现了心血管专科特色,为护士岗位绩效管理提供了依据。Objective:To construct a job evaluation model for cardiovascular nurses to promote nursing job management. Methods:The job evaluation model for cardiovascular nurses was developed according to the characteristics of cardiovascular nurses, and referred to job evaluation standards from literature review. Analytic hierarchy process was employed to determine weights of the primary and secondary indicators. Results:The evaluation model was composed of 6 first-level indicators, including knowledge and experiences, skill, responsibility, risk, job nature, work environment, and 22 second-level indicators. We also determined scores and weights of the indicators of the two levels. Conclusion:The job evaluation model for cardiovascular nurses was developed by analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation model reflecting the cardiovascular professional characteristics, is reliable and comprehensive, and provided the basis for nurses' job and performance management.
