消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期管理方法。方法:从专科护理评估及对策、基于临床护理路径的无缝隙健康教育模式、医护一体化患者安全管理、延续护理管理、护理质量控制与持续改进5个方面来开展规范化围术期管理。结果 :通过1年的临床实践,消化内科内镜微创治疗护理质量、患者及医生对护理工作的满意度均明显提高;护理安全不良事件发生率明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科开展内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期管理,有利于提高专科护理质量和患者及医生对护理工作的满意度,切实保证了患者的护理安全。Objective：To explore the methods of standardized perioperative management for patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in gastroenterology department. Methods： Perioperative management was carried out from the ifve aspects：special nursing assessment and countermeasures, model of seamless health education based on clinical nursing path, patients＇ safety management, continuous nursing management, quality control and continuous quality improvement. Results：After 1-year clinical practice, the quality of care and patients and doctors＇ satisfaction on nurses＇ work were improved obviously （P〈0.05）;the nursing adverse events decreased signiifcantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Standardized perioperative management could help boost special nursing quality, improve patients and doctors＇ satisfaction, and ensure the safety of patients.
