摘　　要：中医基础研究的滞后,是建构中医科技创新体系的短板。如何会聚、整合信息技术的应用来推进解决中医基础研究转型是一个关键问题。要头脑清晰,明确中医基础科研目标,在中医药信息资源、技术的融合中,促进信息交流,擅于学以致用,补充中医理论,提高临床技能,完善中医自主创新体系。紧紧抓住:促进中医药科技与社会经济发展紧密结合这个重点;加快医、产、学、研相结合,成为中医自主创新主体这个关键;中医药体制机制创新这个灵魂;融会贯通、开放交流、需求带动这个法宝。用会聚当代科学前沿技术引领中医药自主创新发展的模式和道路。The lag in the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has restricted its scientific and technological innovations. Effective convergence and integration of information technology will remarkably transform the landscape of TCM basic research. It is important to identify the objectives of TCM basic research, efficiently merge the TCM information resources and technology, promote information exchange, add new TCM theories, improve clinical skills, and thus optimize the TCM innovations. By promoting the integration of TCM with socioeconomic development, fastening the transitional TCM, creating research incentives, establishing new policies/ mechanisms, and adopting a more interconnected, open, and demand-driven environment, the basic research of TCM will advance in a more scientific and innovative manner.
