摘　　要：为了了解卫生系统用人单位对医学院校培养的卫生事业管理人才的需求和培养建议,自编问卷对山东省60个卫生机构的115名管理人员进行了调查.调查结果显示,医疗卫生单位对专业管理人员的需求量大,但用人权限相对较低,管理人员的需求呈现多样化和精细化趋势,人员的供给和实际需求存在一定程度的错位.建议医学院校进一步优化人才培养结构,不断优化和创新人才培养模式.In order to understand the health system unit＇s demand and suggestions on the health management talents cultivated by the medical schools,self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 115 management talents from 60 health agencies in Shandong Province.The results showed that the medical and health units had a big demand on professional management talents,but their authority on talents selection is relatively low; meanwhile,demand on the management talents takes on diversified and minute trend,and talents＇ supply and demand has a certain degree of dislocation.It is suggested that medical schools should optimize talents cultivation structure and keep up the optimization and innovation of talents cultivation models.
