摘　　要：本文详细介绍了英国医学教育体系及其医师培训的模式.在结合我国精神科医师培训的特点及现状的情况下,借鉴英国专科医师培训的成功经验,提出了我国精神科医师培训模式的设想,并对建立我国精神科医师培训制度提出建议.The status and process of medical education and specialist training system in the United Kingdom were detailed introduced in this article.The status and problems of specialized psychiatrist training in China were analyzed.A specialized psychiatrist training model in China was proposed based on the experiences in the United Kingdom.The author also proposed suggestions on establishing specialized psychiatrist training system in China.
