摘  要:新型农村社区建设对农村人居环境的改善起到了很大的作用.针对重庆市在新型农村社区建设过程中存在的普遍性特征,选取忠县天子村社区为例,运用层次分析法(AHP)和专家咨询法,从居住环境系统、基础设施系统、公共服务系统、交通通讯系统和生态环境系统5大方面(准则层),选取家庭人均住房面积、道路硬化到户率等26个指标构建新型农村社区人居环境综合评价模型.研究结果表明,天子村的人居环境在新型农村社区建设后发生了巨大的变化,指标总体分值由原来的0.519上升到0.949,人居环境级别由四级(人居环境质量较差)上升到一级(人居环境质量好),特别是在居住环境和交通通讯方面,新型农村社区建设影响最为显著.New rural community construction plays a great role in the improvement of the rural residential environment. In a research reported in this article, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert consulting method were employed to build a comprehensive evaluation model for evaluating the residential environment of the new rural communities of Chongqing municipality, based on an investigation of the living environment system, the infrastructure system, the public service system, the traffic communication system and the ecological environment system of Tianzi village of Zhongxian county with 26 indexes (including family per capita housing area and road hardening rate to all households). The research results showed that great changes had taken place in the residential environment of Tianzi village in the new rural community construction, with the overall score index rising to 0. 949 from the original 0. 519 and the levelof residential environment rising from level 4 (poor residential environment quality) to level 1 (good residential environment quality). The influence of the new rural community construction was the most significant in terms of living environment and traffic communication.
