教育考试机构组织文化建设初探——以北京市教育考试院为例

摘　　要：组织文化既是一种文化现象,又是一种管理理论。目前,多数教育考试机构的组织文化建设尚处于探索阶段。本文从教育考试机构组织文化建设的现实意义出发,扼要阐述教育考试机构组织文化的内涵和主要特征,结合北京教育考试院组织文化建设实践,就如何推进教育考试机构组织文化建设的深化与升级提出了几点思考。Organizational culture is not only a cultural phenomenon but also a management theory. At present most of Education and Examination Authorities are still at the exploration stage of building organizational culture. This paper discusses connotation and characteristics of organizational culture in Education and Examination Authorities from the perspective of practical significance. Combined with the practice of building organizational culture in Beijing Education and Examination Authority, this paper gives suggestions on how to deepen and promote organizational culture in Education and Examination Authorities.
