准分子激光PTK治疗翼状胬肉的临床护理

摘　　要：目的总结准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术(PTK)治疗翼状胬肉的临床护理。方法翼状胬肉患者102例107眼,行准分子激光切削联合翼状胬肉切除术。对翼状胬肉手术患者制定和实施了有效的术前、术中、术后的专业护理措施。结果 99%患者满意,仅1例复发。结论 PTK用于胬肉治疗是一种行之有效的手术方法,有效的术前、术中、术后护理是手术成功的重要条件之一。Objective Summary of phototherapeutic keratectomy （PTK） clinical nursing care in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 102 patients with pterygium in 107 eyes, excimer laser cutting combined with excision of pterygium. For patients with pterygium operation to formulate and implement effective preoperative, postoperative nursing measures, postoperative.Results The 99% patient satisfaction, only one case recurrence.Conclusion Phototherapeutic keratectomy （PTK） for the treatment of pterygium is an effective method of the operation, nursing care and effective preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative is one of the important conditions for successful operation.
