医学独立学院创新型人才培养模式探索——以安徽医科大学临床医学院为例

摘　　要：针对新型教育模式——医学独立学院人才培养现状和实际,经过五年的教育实践,结合中华人民共和国教育部第26号令《独立学院设置与管理办法》,提出创新型人才培养模式内涵,给出构建医学独立学院创新型人才培养模式的四点建议。A new mode of education--the status of talent training mode in independent medical colleges,five years of education practice,we proposed the connotation innovation talent training mode ,combining twenty-sixth order of the Ministry of Education of China. Give four points of constructing innovation talent training mode.
