摘　　要：目的研究分析血栓弹力图(TEG)在检测肝癌患者体内凝血功能的意义。方法对182例肝癌患者进行TEG测定,与正常健康人40例对照,了解其凝血状态。结果患者组TEG的R值明显缩短、CI值明显增大,从测量数值超出正常范围的异常个体数量来看,R值、K值、Angle值、MA值和CI值均较正常对照组有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者凝血功能紊乱且复杂多变,TEG可用来观察其血凝状态的变化并作为临床用血的参考依据。Objective To analyze the significance of Thrombelastography（TEG） in detecting coagulation function among liver cancer patients.Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients were detected by TEG and compared with 40 normal cases to investigate the coagulation status.Results The count of R was significantly shortened and CI was significantly increased in patients compared with normal cases.From the number of unusual cases whose detection values were beyond normal ranges,the patients group were significantly increased compared with normal group in the count of R,K,Angle,MA and CI.Conclusion The coagulation status of liver cancer patients were disordered and complicated.TEG could be used to detect coagulation function and to provide reference for clinical blood transfusion.
