摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定白酒中十六种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。方法采用C8色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果方法的平均加标回收率均在90%~110%之间,在0.1 mg/ml^0.8 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均>0.999。结论该方法分离效果好,灵敏度高,能够满足白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测需要。Objective A new method has been established with HPLC to detect 16 kinds of phthalic acid esters in liquor.Methods The chromatographic column was C8 column,with methanol-acetonitrile as mobile phase for gradient elution,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The average recovery of the method was between 90%~110%,it had good linear relationship between 0.1 mg/ml^0.8 mg/ml,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.Conclusion This method had good separation effect,high sensitivity,it can satisfy testing needs of 16kinds phthalic acid esters in the liquor.
