摘  要:目的研究东莞市副溶血性弧菌血清型构成及其耐药谱。方法对2009年-2010年东莞市食物中毒病例及食品中分离的79株副溶血弧菌进行血清分型及药敏试验。结果 79株副溶血性弧菌分布于7个O群中,优势群为O3(占32.91%)与O1(占25.32%);食物中毒病例44株血清分型共5种,完全分型率为70.45%,以2009年O3:K6(占81.48%,20/27)与2010年O1:KUT(占64.71%,11/17)为主,而食品35株血清分型达14种,完全分型率为40.0%,未发现优势菌型;12种常用抗生素中,主要对氨苄西林及头孢噻吩耐药,耐药率各为99.0%及37.98%。结论 2009年-2010年东莞市副溶血性弧菌血清构成呈动态分布,血清分型有减少趋势;存在交叉耐药,且耐药谱有扩大趋势。Objective To understand the serotype and antibiotics resistance of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus(VP) in Dongguan.Methods Slide serum agglutination test and the drug sensitivity test were used to detect the serotype and the antibiotics resistance of 79 strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food-poisoning patients,question food and aquatic products in Dongguan in 2009 and 2010.Results Seventy-nine strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were centralized on seven serum groups:O1,O2,O3,O4,O5,O8,O10 and the main group were O3 and O1,accounting for 32.91%(26/79) and 25.32%(20/79) respectively.Five serotypes were identified for 44 strains isolated from food-poisoning patients,the total typing-rate was70.45% and the main serotypes were O3: K6 in 2009 and O1: KUT in 2010,accounting for 81.48%(20/27) and 64.71%(11/17) respectively,while 14 serotypes for 35 strains isolated from question food and aquatic products with no popular type and the total typing-rate was 40.0%.All isolated strains were highly resistant to ampicillin and cefalotin with the drug-resistance rates of 99.0% and 37.98% respectively.Conclusion The serotype constituent of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was characterized by dynamic changes with the serotypes decrease and it was multi-drug resistant to 3 kinds of drugs with the number of resistance-drugs increase in Dongguan in 2009-2010.
