摘  要:目的评价环介导等温扩增技术(Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification,LAMP)作为快速检测方法的可行性和可靠性。方法同时应用LAMP技术和GB/T 4789.7-2008中的方法对海产品中副溶血性弧菌进行检测,并对两种方法的检出率及效率进行比较。结果用LAMP方法检测到12株副溶血性弧菌阳性标本,与GB方法结果一致。但LAMP法从提取菌株核酸到检测完成仅需1.5 h^2 h左右,实现反应及产物检测一步完成。结论 LAMP方法应用于副溶血性弧菌检测,其特异性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,检测成本低,非常适合在基层实验室开展应用。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and reliability of loop - mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) as a rapid detection method. Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood was detected with LAMP and CB/T 4789.7 - 2008 method, and the detection rate and efficiency of the two methods were compared. Results Twelve Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were found by LAMP, as same as the GB method. However, LAMP only need lh N 1.5h from the DNA extraction to results identification. Conclusion LAMP is an effective and low - cost procedure in detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus with high specificity and sensitivity, and it is very suitable for application in basic -level laboratories.
