头面部皮肤血管肉瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,70岁,头皮结节溃疡1年,面部瘀斑2个月。皮损组织病理可见不规则血管腔及异型内皮细胞。免疫组织化学示:Fil-1,CD31,CD34,Fascin,Ki67>10%均阳性。诊断:头面部皮肤血管肉瘤。An 70-year-old man presented purple nodules ulcer on the scalp for 1 year and bruises of the face fbr 2 months. The histopathological examination showed irregular vascular spaces with atypia endottlelial cells, tm- munohistochemical stain positive fbr CD31, CD34, Fil-I, Fascin and Ki67 〉 10%. The diagnosis was cuta- neous angiosarcoma of the scalp and face.
