摘　　要：21世纪以来,全球化经济不断发展,国与国的竞争越发激烈。许多国家政府开始不断建立自身创新体系,建立创新型国家。俄罗斯作为一个世界大国逐渐认识到创新的重要性,也在不断完善其国家创新战略,介绍了俄罗斯国家创新战略。我国对于俄罗斯国家创新战略不断学习、借鉴,为我国的国家创新战略的建立和实施提供理论指导。since twenty-first Century, the continuous development of economic globalization, the competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce. Many governments began to establish their own innovation system, to build an innovative country. Russia as a world power gradually realized the importance of innovation, but also in the continuous improvement of the national innovation strategy, this paper introduces the Russian national innovation strategy. In our country for the Russian national innovation strategy of continuous learning, reference, to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment and implementation of national innovation strategy in our country.
