摘　　要：I病例资料患者，女，48岁，因“心慌、乏力3个月”于2011年10月7日入院，既往体健。体检：中度贫血貌，浅表淋巴结未触及，心肺听诊无明显异常，腹软，肝脾肋下未及。血常规：WBC35．4×10^9／L，Hb68g／L，PLT144×10^9／L。骨髓涂片：有核细胞增生极度活跃，原幼细胞占0．875，Summary A case of granular acute lymphocytic leukemia confirmed by MIC standards was reported and par- allel related literature were reviewed. Morphology included bone marrow smear, bone marrow pathological biopsy and cell chemical dyeing. R banding technique was adopted to improve the cytogenetic analysis,and multicolor flow cytometry instrument was used to analyze the immune phenotype. The patient was diagnosed with granular acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
