摘　　要：闭环伺服控制在控制定位方面是公认的最佳控制方式,响应快,定位精度高,但是其相对昂贵的价格限制了它在一些普通场合上的使用。而Schneider公司开发的Controller Inside card在压贴线真空吸板行走电机上的应用,实现了由普通变频电机结合交流变频控制器快速且高精度的定位控制。Servo-driven close loop control system is the best method to control and position mobile components which is characterized with quick feedback and high precision of positioning. But it is not widely applied due to its high cost. The new control system, named Controller Inside Card and innovated by Schneider, has been applied in the mobile motor in short- cycle lamination line. The Controller Inside Card system achieves high-precision positioning by combination of normal A.C. motor and A.C. frequency control.
