摘 要:目的了解医院新职工现况,探讨新职工的职业规划。方法采用匿名方式进行问卷调查,共发放问卷118份,收回有效问卷1/5份。采用SAS9.1软件进行分析。结果2012年新进职工中95.65%为21~30岁青年,96.52%为大专以上学历;79.65%曾参加教学活动,71.68%曾参加学术讲座;12.17%新职工表现焦虑;思想状况自评均在22分以上;79.13%技能自评集中在30~49分;90.43%新职工认为职业规划重要,但曾制定职业规划的只有29.57%。结论对青年新职工要进行职业规划,更好地引导青年人才发展,促进医院可持续发展。Object To understand the status of the new workers and staff and discuss their career plan- ning. Methods With the method of anonymous questionnaire survey, investigating 118 new workers. 115 effective questionnaires were taken back and analyzed by SAS 9.1. Results About 95.65% of the 2012 new worker for 21 ~30 years old, 96.52% for college degree or above; 79.65% had participated in teaching activities, 71.68% had attended academic lectures; 12.17% performance anxiety; Self- evaluation scores of thought condition are more than 22 points; 79.13% skills since the review focuses on the 30 -49 points; 90.43% new workers think ca- reer planning is important, but only 29.57% ever developed career planning. Conclusion For young new work- ers, career planning is needed. Better guidance for youth talent development would promote the hospital long - term development.
