摘  要:目的评价甲基纤维素联合透明质酸钠制作软壳技术在白内障小切口非超声乳化手术中的效果。方法白内障"复明工程"患者261例295眼。随机分为A、B两组,其中A组术中单用透明质酸钠,B组术中联合使用甲基纤维素和透明质酸钠。手术方法为小切口非超声乳化加人工晶体植入。结果术后第1d裸眼视力大于0.3者,A组78.79%(104/132),B组87.1%(142/163),两组之间差异显著(P<0.05);术后第7d视力在0.3以上者,A组93.9%(124/132),B组94.5%(154/163)。两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后角膜水肿情况:术后第1天,A组17.42%(23/132),B组9.8%(16/163),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第7天,A组2.27%(3/132),B组2.45%(4/163),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲基纤维素联合透明质酸钠制作软壳技术比单用透明质酸钠更安全。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of soft-shell technique with the methyl celhdose combined with sodium hyalnronate in small incision cataract operation ,Methods 295 eyes of 261 cases in cataract "fuming project" was randomly divided into A,B group, In the operation, sodium hyaluronate was used in group A, combined application of methyl cellulose and sodium hyaluronate in group B. Results For rates of better than 0.3 of the visual acuity at first day after operation, group A was 78.79% (104/132), and group B was 87.1% (142/163). The difference between the two groups was significant; 7-day postoperatively, visual acuity better than 0.3 was 93.9% in group A (124/132) and 94.5% in group B (154/163), there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. For corneal edema at first day after operation, group A was 17.42% (23/132) and group B was 9.8% (16/163), thet was significant difference between two groups. 7-day postoperatively, cornea edema was 2.27% (3/132) in group A and 2.45% (4/163) in group B. There was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Soft shell technology of methyl cellulose combined with sodium hyaluronate is more safe than simple use of sodium hyaluronate.
