摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植联合亲水角膜接触镜治疗早期眼烧伤的临床疗效。方法 21例(21眼)早期眼烧伤患者,采用羊膜移植并佩戴亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗,术后随访3月。结果所有患眼术后症状均有不同程度缓解;20例眼表基本稳定,视力不同程度提高;2例角膜云翳;1例眼结膜表层重建,但发生角膜斑翳。无严重眼部并发症发生。结论羊膜移植联合亲水性角膜接触镜治疗各种早期眼烧伤安全、有效,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of the amniotie membrane transplantation combined with hydrophilie soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of ocular burns .Methods 21 patients （ 2leyes ） withinlweeks of injury induced by chemical or hot substance were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation combined with hydrophilic soft corneal contact lens, and followed up for 3 months. Results The patients rapidly relieve of pain postoperatively, 20 cases achieved ocular surface stability and the improvement of visual acuity. Corneal nebula happened in 2 eyes and colaaeal macula happened in 1 case. No serious ocular complications happened. Conclusion It is an effective and safe method that amniotie membrane transplantation combined with hydrophilie soft corneal contact lens to deal with ocular surface burn and deserve to he used widely in clinical.
