微小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察微小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术手术效果。方法抽选107例(107眼)行微小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术,112例(112眼)行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合硬片人工晶状体植入术,比较术后1周视力。结果术后1周视力大于0.3者分别为88.78%及66.96%。结论微小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术术后1周视力优于小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合硬片人工晶状体植入术,术后近期(1周)效果与超声乳化近期(1周)效果相近,在缺少设备、缺少投入的基层医院值得推广使用。Objetive To observe the clinical effects of ultra small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods 107 cases （107 eyes） were selected for ultra small incision non- phacoenmlsifieation cataract extraction with combined with foldahle intraocular lens imp｜antation. 112 cases （112 eyes） undertook small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with hard intraocular lens implantation. Their visual acuity at a week postoperative was compared. Results The visual acuity a week postoperatively better than 0.3 were 88.78% and 66.96%, respectively. Conclusion Ultra small incision non-phacoemulsifieation cataract extraction combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation is better than small incision non-phacoemulsifieation cataract extraction combined with hard intraocular lens implantation on postoperative vision a week postoperatively. It can be promoted in hospitals lack of equipment.
