小微企业动态联盟及运行模式探究

摘　　要：在激烈的市场竞争和产品快速升级换代的环境下小微企业可以通过建立动态联盟的方式来提高联盟整体和企业自身的竞争优势。文章首先界定了动态联盟的涵义,然后从小微企业的内部和外部两个角度分析了小微企业构建动态联盟的必要性,最后提出了小微企业动态联盟的结构和运行模式的选择。Under the circumstance of the fierce market competition and the rapid upgrading of products, small micro enterprises can improve the competitive advantage of the whole alliance and enterprises through establishing dynamic alliance. The paper firstly defines the dynamic alliance, and then analyzes the necessity of building dynamic alliance from the interior and exterior of small micro enterprise, in the end, puts forward the selection of structure and operation mode of dynamic alliance of small micro enterprises.
