摘　　要：随着企业的不断发展,分工越来越细化,企业的工作流程被细分为若干个工作环节。为了避免分工不明确、权责不清晰的弊端,我们必须要对工作流程中不同环节的"边界"进行界定,以提高工作效率。"抽屉式"管理已经风靡于现代管理学界的人力资源管理,我们同样可以借鉴"抽屉式"管理的方法来实现对工作流程中各环节的"界"定。With the development of enterprise, division of labor becomes more and more detailed, and consequently workflow is subdivided into numbers of sections. To avoid indefinite division of labor and inexplicit power and responsibility, we must demarcate＂boundary＂ for each section in workflow, so that work efficiency can be improved. Drawer-style management, prevailing in modern Human Resources Management, could be used to demarcate＂boundary＂of each section in workflow for reference.
