高校网球教师教学专业化与团体凝聚力探析

摘　　要：本文从教师教学专业化的角度分析其基本概念与内涵,结合网球运动自身的特征,分析了高校网球教师教学专业化的现状及其发展思路,并且结合体育心理学中"团体凝聚力"这一相关理论,探讨其教师教学专业化中团体凝聚力的发展模式,以期为高校网球运动的健康、持续发展提供理论依据和实践参考意义。This paper analyzes the basic concept and connotationfrom the perspective of professional teacher teach - ing, combined with the characteristics of tennis sport, discusses the current situation of college tennis teaching specialization and the development train of thought, and ＂ team cohesion＂ combination of sports psychology, with the related theory, points out the teachers＂ specialization in the model of the development of group cohesion in or- der for the healthy and sustainable development of tennis sport in colleges and universities ,aim to provide theoreti- cal basis and practical reference value.
