摘  要:阐述了柴油机低温预混合燃烧主要评价方法和考察指标,运用试验数据分析了低转速低负荷工况喷油定时对发动机排放、缸内压力、有效热效率、燃烧稳定性、预混合期等低温预混合燃烧参数的影响,综合考虑这些影响因素和收益函数,得到了最优喷油定时。最后,对最优喷油定时工况点进行了三维模拟计算,利用模拟计算结果得到T-φ图对低温预混合燃烧的程度进行了直观的评价分析,为低温预混合燃烧喷油策略优化提供了数据支持。This paper explained evaluation methods and parametersin low temperature premixed combustion. Experimental data were used to analysis the effect of injection timing.on the parameters, such as emission, cylinder pressure, thermal efficiency, combustion stability, premixed duration period, aboutlow temperature premixed combustion at low speed and low load. After these influences and the benefit functionwere weighted, optimalinjection timing was found. Finally, numerical simulation was used to analyselow temperature premixing combustion at optimal injection timing, and T -ψ figures obtained from the results of simulation were used to evaluate intui- tively on low temperature premixed combustion. These results were helpful forthe optimization of injection strategy inlow temperature premixing combustion.
