摘　　要：世界政治、经济、文化等发展迅速,日新月异,就业市场也呈现出多元化与高标准化的新变化。特别随着中日经济、文化等交流,高职高专日语毕业生的就业出现新的形势。因此,只有了解当前日语专业毕业生的就业状况,掌握企业对日语类人才的需求,才能培养能够胜任各种工作的专业人才。笔者通过对各个企业对日语人才需求的了解、调查,分析和归纳出企业对当代大学生语言能力及其他各种能力的新要求。With the rapid development of the changing world politics,economy and culture,the employment market has also presented the new changes of diversification and high standardization.The employment situation of higher vocational Japanese graduates is also changing with the increasing economic and cultural exchanges between China and Japan.Therefore,only an understanding and mastery of the current employment situation of Japanese graduates and the enterprise needs of Japanese talents can help us cultivate professional talents well-qualified for various occupations.Through a survey on the needs of Japanese talents in enterprises,the writer analyzes and summarizes the new requirements of contemporary college students＇ language proficiency and other abilities in enterprises.
