摘　　要：创新大学生党员教育、提高大学生党员教育实效性是实施党建工作创新工程的必然要求,是提高高校党的建设科学化水平的重要任务。加强和改进大学生党员教育工作,造就一大批具有坚定理想信念、对人民群众有深厚感情、能够担当重任的大学生党员也是实现中国梦的迫切需要。志愿服务作为新时期大学生思想政治教育和社会实践的有效载体,形式多样,内容丰富,体验性与时代性强,深受大学生的欢迎。以志愿服务创新大学生党员教育是一条值得探索和深入研究的重要途径。It is a necessary demand of innovating the party construction to innovate the education of college party members and improve its effectiveness,and it is also an important task to improve the scientific level of college party construction.It is also an imperative requirement of realizing the Chinese Dream to enhance and improve the education of college party members,and cultivate a large number of college student party members with firm ideal and belief,deep affection for the people and a strong sense of responsibility.Voluntary service,as an effective carrier for college students＇ ideological and political education and social practice in the new period,is deeply favored by students due to its varied forms,rich contents and strong features of experience and the times.To innovate the education of college party members through voluntary service is an important way worthy of further exploration and research.
