摘 要:肿瘤血管是肿瘤赖以生长和转移的基础,理解肿瘤血管生成对癌症的诊断和治疗具有重要意义.近期有证据表明,在新生血管前端,内皮细胞会持续竞争迁移方向的顶端位置,促进血管芽生.迁移的发生主要取决于顶端细胞的竞争与重组、迁移细胞对微环境的感知、对黏附作用的调整及细胞前缘的伪足运动.本文详细阐述了血管内皮细胞迁移的影响因子、相关通路及它们之间的相互作用,有望为肿瘤抗血管生成治疗开拓新的思路.Angiogenesis is the basis for tumor growth and metastasis; thus understanding how tumor-induced angiogenesis occurs is important in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Recently, it was suggested that the position of endothelial tip cells is sustainably competitive during angiogenic sprouting. The process of endothelial cell migration mainly depends on the competition and reorganization of tip cells, the sensing and response of migrating cells to the microenvironment, regulation of the adhesion process, and lamellipodia or filopodia movement at the sprouting front. Here, we discuss the various factors, signaling pathways and their interactions related to endothelial cell migration during angiogenesis, and their potential as new therapeutic targets in cancer treatment.
