固位纤维在保持正畸治疗结果的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨固位纤维在固定正畸治疗后的保持效果。方法正畸治疗后的60例患者随机分为两组,分别采用固位纤维保持器(固位纤维组)和Hawley可摘式保持器(Hawley组)进行保持。两组患者在放置保持器当天(T1)及12个月(T2)制取下颌模型,测量下颌前牙不整齐指数(irregularity index,IRID)。结果固位纤维组在T1、T2时IRID分别为(0.55±0.32)mm、(0.62±0.22)mm,差异无统计学意义(t=0.987,P=0.125);Hawley组在T1、T2时IRID分别为(0.61±0.41)mm、(1.12±0.39)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.957,P=0.001)。两组患者在T2时下颌前牙IRID差异有统计学意义(t=6.116,P=0.001),固位纤维组明显低于Hawley组。结论固位纤维维持下颌前牙稳定性效果优于Hawley可摘式保持器。Objective To explore the effectiveness of splinting ribbons as retainer after fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty patients after orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into two groups： splinting ribbons group used splinting ribbons as retainer, and Hawley group used Hawley removable retaining appliance as retainer. Mandibular models were abtained , and the irregularity index （IRID） of lower anterior teeth alignment was measured on the 1st day （ T1 ） and 12th month （T2） after wearing retainer. Results There was no statistically significance of the difference on the IRID of lower front tooth alignment between T1 and T2 （ P 〉 0.05 ） both in Splinting Ribbons group. IRID of lower front teeth alignment of Splinting Ribbons group were significantly lower than Hawley group at T2 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effects of fixed fiber as retainer after orthodontics are significantly better than traditional Hawley retainer, especially in retaining the stability of lower anterior teeth.
