摘　　要：microRNAs是高等植物、动物生长发育的重要调节因子。血液miRNA不仅能耐受RNA酶的破坏而稳定存在于血液循环中,还有很强的细胞、组织或疾病特异性。目前已在肿瘤领域和非肿瘤领域中发现了特异性的血清miRNAs标志物,是新一代疾病检查的生物新标靶。The microRNA is an important regulatory factor in the growth of higher plants and animals. Blood miRNA can withstand the destruction of the enzyme RNA and exist stably in the blood circulation, however, possessing a strong cell, tissue or disease specificity. Currently, in the field of oncology and non-oneology, specific serum miRNAs markers have been discovered, which are a new generation of new biological targets for disease screening.
