摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠憩室病的临床及气钡灌肠双重造影的表现.方法:回顾分析我院2000-2011年气钡灌肠双重造影发现31例结肠憩室病的临床及X线资料.结果:本组共31例,最大年龄85岁,最小年龄40岁,平均63岁.15例病变局限于升结肠,7例侵及盲肠及升结肠,5例侵及盲肠、升结肠及横结肠,4例侵及全结肠.合并憩室炎共14例.结论:结肠憩室病好发于中老年人,右半结肠多见,易并发憩室炎.为提高结肠憩室病检出率,控制炎症发展,减少憩室炎并发症的出现,气钡灌肠双重造影为有效的检查方法.AIM： To summarize the clinical and X-ray fea- tures of diverticulosis of the colon. METHODS： Clinical and X-ray data for 31 pa- tients with diverticulosis of the colon who were diagnosed and underwent a double-contrast barium enema at our hospital from 2000 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Among the 31 cases, the eldest was 85 years old, and the youngest was 40 years. The average age was 63. Pathological changes in 15 cases were confined to the ascending colon, and involved the cecum ＂and＂ the ascending colon in 7 cases, the cecum, the ascending colon and the transverse colon in 5 cases, and the whole colon in 4 cases. Fourteen cases had diverticulitis. CONCLUSION： The middle-aged and the el- derly are prone to develop diverticulosis of thecolon, mostly on the right-side, and with diver- ticulitis. The double contrast barium enema is a useful method for detection of diverticulosis of the colon.
