摘 要:目的探讨橙皮苷对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的脑损伤小鼠强迫游泳行为的影响。方法将45只3周龄ICR小鼠随机分为生理盐水组(saline)、脂多糖组(LPS)和脂多糖+橙皮苷组(LPS+Hesp),每组15只,以ZH-QPT型强迫游泳实验视频分析系统检测各组小鼠在5 min内游泳活动累计路程和累计时间。结果相对于Saline组,LPS组小鼠的游泳活动累计路程显著缩短,累计时间无显著变化;相对于LPS组,LPS+Hesp组小鼠的活动累计路程明显延长,累计时间无显著变化。结论橙皮苷可显著延长感染性脑损伤小鼠在强迫游泳活动中的距离。Objective To investigate the influence of hesperidin on forced swimming test of mice with cerebral injury induced by lipopolysaecharide (LPS). Methods 45 ICR mice at 3 weeks were evenly divided into saline group, LPS group and LPS + hesperidin group (Hesp) in random. Mice from 3 groups in accumulative distance and cumulative time within 5 minutes' swimming were tested by ZH-QPT forced swimming test video analysis system. Results Compared with saline group, the accumulative distance of swimming in LPS group was obviously shorter, but there was no significant change in cumulative time in the two groups. In comparison with the LPS group, the accumulative distance of swimming in LPS+Hesp group became longer, but without obvious changes in cumulative time. Conclusion Hesperidin can remarkably prolong the distance in forced swimming test in mice with infectious cerebral injury.
