血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在老年胃癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA724、CA199、CA242、CEA在老年胃癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 采用全自动化学发光分析仪对观察组52例老年胃癌患者进行血清肿瘤标志物CA724、CA199、CA242、CEA检测,并与50例健康人作对照分析.结果 观察组患者血清CA724、CA199、CA242、CEA水平均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）;血清CA724、CA 199、CA242、CEA单项检测阳性率分别为53.85％ （28/52）、42.31％ （22/52）、38.46％ （20/52）、30.77％（16/52）,其中CA724是目前诊断胃癌的最佳肿瘤标志物之一,对胃癌具有较高的特异性和敏感性,且CA724与CA199、CA242、CEA联合检测阳性率达61.54％～80.77％.结论 血清肿瘤标志物CA724、CA199、CA242、CEA联合检测,可明显提高老年胃癌诊断的敏感性和特异性.Objective To investigate the application of joint detection of serum tumor markers CA724,CA199,CA242, CEA in diagnosis of gastric cancer with elderly.Methods Full-automatic chemiluminescent detector was used to detect CA724,CA199,CA242,CEA of 52 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer,which were considered as the observation group,the same detection of 50 cases of health people were the control group,then make contrast analysis between two groups.Results The level of CA724,CA199,CA242 and CEA in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the positive rate of the four tumor markers with CA724,CA199,CA242 and CEA was 53.85%（28/52）,42.31%（22/52）,38.46%（20/52）,30.77%（16/52）respectively,CA724 was one of the best tumor marker in diagnosis of gastric cancer,had higher specificity and sensitivity for gastric cancer.The positive rate of joint detection of CA724,CA199,CA242 and CEA had achieved 61.54%-80.77%.Condusion Joint detection of serum tumor marker can significantly improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis with elderly gastric cancer.
