摘　　要：通过对企业成长能力影响因素的综述,剖析影响企业成长能力的关键因素,结合烟草商业企业的实际,从企业盈利能力、市场运营能力、综合管理能力、人力资源能力和企业文化力和创新力五个方面构建烟草商业企业成长能力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。The key factors influencing enterprise growth capabilities were analyzed through a systematic review of the related factors.Combined with the realities of tobacco business enterprises,an index system to evaluate the enterprise growth capacity was established by comprehensive consideration of five related aspects： business profitability,market operating capacity,comprehensive management capability,human resources capability,enterprise culture and innovation capability.The weight of each index was determined with the method of analytics hierarchy process（AHP）.
