摘　　要：目的评价超选择性髂内动脉分支栓塞治疗前列腺癌术后出血的疗效。方法应用大小不等的弹簧钢圈或PVA颗粒,对3例前列腺癌根治术后盆腔出血患者进行超选择性髂内动脉分支栓塞术。结果栓塞后出血均停止,血红蛋白水平保持平稳,持续随访无再发出血。结论超选择性髂内动脉分支栓塞术是一种有效治疗前列腺癌根治术后盆腔出血的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy by superselective internal iliac arterial embolization. Methods With different sizes of coils and Microsphere particles, three patient with pelvic hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy were treated by superselective internal iliac arterial branch embolization. Results The bleeding was controlled after embolization in alt three cases. No follow-up bleeding recurrences in 7 to 17 months afterwards. Conclusions Superselective internal iliac arterial embolization is an effective therapeu- tic method for with hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy.
