摘　　要：临床病历资料是法医学鉴定的重要文证材料,对准确进行法医学鉴定具有极其重要的作用。本文主要从病历书写规范、内容的逻辑性、损伤与疾病的关系,以及各项信息是否相符等四个方面进行审查和分析,并重点针对法医学鉴定过程中病历资料审查方法及需要注意的问题进行了科学的探讨。Clinical medical record is an important document examination in the forensic identification, and play an important role. This paper analyses the writing norms and logic of medical record, the relationship between injury and disease, consistency of various information. It also focus on the review method of mecical record in the forensic clinical and the problems need to pay attention to.
