大豆总DNA导入春小麦提高蛋白质含量的研究

摘　　要：采用花粉管通道法将大豆总DNA导入春小麦细胞内 ,引起受体变异 ,变异株主要农艺性状和受体相似 ,穗长、穗粒数略有增加 ,蛋白质含量提高 2个百分点 ,清蛋白、球蛋白含量明显提高 。Adopt the method of pollentube passage to bring soybean total DNA into cell of spring wheat, set off receptor variation, variation branch and receptor are similar that principal agronomic cha racters, spike length, grains per spike have a slight increase. The protein content raises 2.0%. The content of aebumin and globulin raise. Zymogram of the peroxidase isoenzyme appears a new band of enzyme.
