摘  要:目的:探讨缺血性卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)与脑梗死部位、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)及硫化氢(Hydrogen sulfide,H2S)水平的关系。方法对经头颅CT和(或)MRI确诊的156例缺血性卒中患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分,分为PSD组和对照组,对脑梗死部位分类,并检测血浆Hcy、H2S浓度,分析其与PSD的关系。结果 PSD组患者平均血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),H2S浓度显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论 PSD与额颞叶梗死密切相关,Hcy升高、H2S浓度降低可能导致PSD的发生。Objictive To explore the level changes of distribution of cerebral infarction lesions,plasma Hcy and H2S in ischemic post-stroke depression patients and their relationship. Methods 156 ischemic stroke patients confirmed by cranial computed tomography and(or)magnetic resonance imaging were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), divided into PSD group and the control group,and detected the concentration of plasma Hcy and H2S,and analysis of its relationship. Results PSD group with infarction of frontal and temporal lobe was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05);The plasma Hcy levels of PSD group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05), but the concentration of H2S was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Post-stroke depression is closely related with infarction of frontal and temporal lobe;Hcy increasing and H2S lower may be the risk factor for PSD.
