摘　　要：本文以某电网企业为实例,通过调研座谈对国有垄断企业员工的风险意识诊断与成因进行实证剖析,并提出相应的教育与提升的对策建议。State-owned enterprises, especially large state-owned enterprises, because of its special position, the employee will be compared with other companies cannot policy support from the market, resource monopoly, local protection, etc. However, under the mature market, state-owned enterprises and comfortable working conditions, stylized thinking, invariable fixed work habits have been unable to adapt to the market demand. This article from the state-owned monopoly enterprise staff awareness of risk relatively weak current situation and existing problems, and to a grid enterprise as an example, through the empirical analysis research negotiation state-owned monopoly enterprise employees diagnosis and genetic analysis of risk awareness, and put forward some countermeasures and policy Suggestions according to.
