摘 要:为推动国内燃煤电厂改造类CDM项目开发和发展,实现节能减排的同时获得发达国家资金支持,并促进我国电力行业的可持续发展,对目前联合国已批准的关于燃煤电厂改造提高能效的CDM方法学AM61"现有电厂复原和/或能源效率改善方法学"和AM62"电厂通过汽轮机改造实现能源效率改善方法学"进行比较,重点分析二者在适用条件和减排量计算方面的区别。比较结果显示,两个方法学各有特点和优势,项目开发者应根据项目具体情况选择合适的方法学进行此类CDM项目开发。There are two methodologies which can be used to develop CDM project for rehabilitation and or energy efficiency improvement in existing coal-fired power plants that have been approved by CDM Executive Board (EB) of the UN framework convention on climate change,which are AM61 "Methodology for rehabilitation and/or energy efficiency improvement in existing power plant" and AM62 "Energy efficiency improvements of a power plant through retrofitting turbines".In order to promote the development of CDM project for rehabilitation and/or energy efficiency improvement in existing coal-fired power plants in China,implement energy-saving & emissions-reduction at the same time gain financial support from the developed countries,and promote the sustainable development of power industry in our country,this paper compares the two methodologies and focuses on analyzing the difference about application conditions and emission reductions calculation in order to help project developers choose suitable methodologies for such development and promote the development of such CDM project.The comparison results show that two methods have their own characteristics and advantages,project developers should choose the appropriate methodology for such CDM project development according to the project specific situation.
