摘 要:随着现代科学技术的进步,人类正按照自己的目的越来越有效地利用自然资源与其内在规律。药对是在临床应用中被证明为行之有效的2个相对固定药物的配伍组合,有其内在的规定性,是单味中药与若干方剂之间的桥梁。借助现代科学技术,选择适宜的研究策略与方法,揭示药对配伍组合规律,对于发展方剂配伍理论、提高中医临床治疗水平和创制现代中药都具有十分重要的意义。Along with progress of modem science and technology, human is utilizing natural resources and their inherent law more effectively and more efficiently according to their own purposes. Chinese medicine pair (CMP) is relatively fixed combination of two TCMs which was proven to be effective in clinical application. CMP has its inner specification, and it is an intermediate point between single herb and many TCM formulae. With the aid of modem science and technology, and by means of choosing appropriate strategies and approaches, the compatibility rules of CMP might be revealed, which will be significant to develop the compatibility theory of TCM formulae and create modem TCM new drugs.
