摘 要:本文研究了苹果梨花芽分化过程中氨基酸的变化。结果表明 ,发育枝叶与短果枝叶各种氨基酸含量的变化以及总氨基酸含量变化趋势基本相同 ,呈现出“高——低——高——低”的变化。在花芽形态分化前均积累了一定量的氨基酸。谷氨酸的含量一直处于最高。The variations of amino acids in leaves of apple-pear tree during the periods of flower bud differentiation were studied.The results showed that the variation tendancy of various amino acids and total amino acids in both developing branch leaves and shot fruiting branch leaves was basically the same,which was 'high-low-high-low';a given amount of amino acids was accumulated before the morphological differentiation of flower bud started;the content of glutamic acid was the highest during the period of flower bud differentiation.
