摘　　要：目的:提高对弥漫性肝癌的认识及超声诊断准确率。方法:对经临床病理证实的47例弥漫性肝癌的超声诊断进行回顾性总结分析。结果:肝脏形态大小、实质回声、门静脉癌栓、具有肝病基础在弥漫性肝癌中具有一定的特征性改变。结论:超声声像图对弥漫性肝癌具有诊断价值。Objective： To improve the accuracy of the understanding and diagnosis of diffuse hepatoeeUular carcinoma. Methods： The ultrasound diagnosis of clinical pathology in 47 cases of diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed. Results： Morphology of liver size, echogenicity, portal vein tumor thrombus, with liver disease foundation has certain characteristics change in diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion： Uhrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma.
