摘　　要：湖南工程学院作为实施"卓越工程师培养计划"的试点高校之一,近年来在工程教育的教学体制、机制等多个方面作了相应改革。电工电子实习在基地建设上尽力为学生营造真实的企业环境,采用"层次化、模块化"教学体系,创新实践教学手段和方法。同时,在实践教师队伍建设方面也提出了一些建议。Hunan Institute of Engineering is one of the pilot universities which has implemented ＂The Pro- gram for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers＂（PETOE）. In recent years,a number of aspects in engineering education teaching system and mechanism have been reformed correspondingly. The electrical and electronic practice teaching is used as an example to create a real envirioment for the students with ＂hi- erarchical and modular＂ teaching system and reformed teaching means and methods. This paper has put for- ward to some suggestions for the construction of practical teachers＇ team.
